this policy explains what information it's just good marketing, LLC ("we", "us"), which operates julianroa.com, collects when you visit the site, fill out a form, or book a call, and what we do with it. we are based in dallas, texas.

what we collect

• what you tell us. when you use the get-started form or the contact form, we collect your name, email, and phone number if you give it, plus your answers: what you need help with, your monthly ad spend, your industry, the ad channels you run, and any message you write.
• booking details. calls are booked through calendly, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• usage data. we use google analytics through google tag manager to see how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, form steps completed, approximate location, device and browser. this data passes through our own tagging server, hosted on google cloud, before it reaches google analytics.

cookies

google analytics sets first-party cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones and to group page views into visits. you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of google analytics with google's opt-out browser add-on. the form answers you give before submitting are kept in your browser's session storage and disappear when you close the tab.

who we share it with

we do not sell your personal information. we share it only with the services that run this site and our business: netlify (hosting and form submissions), google (analytics, google cloud, and email), and calendly (booking). each handles your data under its own privacy policy. we may also disclose information if the law requires it.

how long we keep it

we keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to work with you, then delete them. analytics data is kept under google analytics' retention settings.

your choices

you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. email julian@julianroa.com and we will respond within 30 days.

children

this site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. we do not knowingly collect their information.

changes

if this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
