the obvious questions

what's up with the hermit crab?

his name is flex, and he's our guy. in a figurative sense: hermit crabs drop their shell the moment it stops fitting, which is exactly the posture a performance agency should sell: no loyalty to a channel, a platform, or a tactic past the point where it earns its keep.

aren't you aware that capital letters exist?

YES WE ARE, AND WE JUST THINK THEY'RE A WASTE OF TIME.

the offer

what is the 90-day fix?

three months to fix your tracking, cut wasted spend, and rebuild your campaigns around cost per lead and cost per acquisition targets. then we hand everything over, documented, and you fire us.

why 90 days and then you leave?

most agencies keep you on retainer whether or not the account improves. we would rather fix it, prove it with real numbers, show you how to run things on maintenance mode, and hand you the keys. if you want us back later, you can ask.

what happens after day 90?

you get the documentation: what changed, where every number comes from, and how it all connects. your team or your next partner runs it from there. if you want your team trained to run it in-house, add team training.

what types of businesses do you work with?

personal injury firms, multifamily operators, local service businesses, dtc ecomm brands. if you run any ads on digital or traditional channels and need the numbers to be right, we should talk.

pricing

what does it cost?

the 90-day fix runs 3 months and is priced by your monthly ad spend: $4,000/mo for $5k to $10k, $5,000/mo for $10k to $25k, $7,500/mo for $25k to $60k, and quoted on the call above that. the tracking fix is included. team training is an add-on, $2,500. $5k/mo minimum ad spend. the tracking fix alone is $5,000 one-time. a local funnel is $2,000. full pricing is on the homepage.

is there a minimum ad spend?

yes, $5k/mo for the 90-day fix. under that, the $2,000 local funnel is the better fit: a one-page site built to make your phone ring, live in 10 business days. it credits toward a 90-day fix if you upgrade within 60 days.

can i just get my tracking fixed?

yes. the tracking fix is $5,000 one-time and takes 2 to 3 weeks. it credits toward a 90-day fix if you upgrade within 30 days.

is crm or call tracking setup included?

not if you do not have them yet. if there is no crm or call tracking in place, setting one up is quoted on the call.

who pays for the ad spend?

you do, directly to the ad platforms. our fee is separate and is not a percentage of your spend.

tracking and data

how do you fix tracking?

we pool your data from every source into a single data lake, then work backwards to make sure every tracking id flows from the click to the sale. real results are sent back to the ad platforms, so you get blended and per-channel cpl and cac you can trust.

why do my ad platforms and my crm disagree?

usually because click ids get lost between the landing page and the crm, conversions are counted twice, or junk leads are counted as wins. finding those leaks is the first two weeks of the work.

do i own everything you build?

yes. everything is handed over at the end, documented: the tracking, the reporting, and the map of how your data connects. it is yours to keep after you fire us.

how do you measure success?

cost per lead or cost per acquisition against the target we set at kickoff, reported weekly. not clicks, not impressions.

getting started

what do you need from me?

admin access to your ad accounts, analytics, tag manager, crm, and call tracking. admin, not view-only, so nothing stays hidden.

which ad platforms do you work on?

mostly google and meta, plus microsoft, tiktok, and reddit.

how fast will i see results?

wasted spend is identified in week 1 and tracking is verified within 90 days. by the end of the 90 days your cost per lead should be stable against the target we agree at kickoff.

how do i start?

answer four quick questions, then book a 30-minute account review. no pitch deck. we look at what is broken before you hire anyone.
